Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Amount Refund Policy

• The booking amount paid to reserve a seat is refundable only within 7 days from the date of payment.
• The refund window may be extended at the sole discretion of the Aivolve Academy administration, based on internal review, operational considerations, or special circumstances.
• Approval of any booking amount refund is entirely subject to administrative review.
• The decision of the administration is final and binding.
• No refund is guaranteed unless explicitly approved by the administration.
• The Booking Amount refers only to the initial seat reservation fee, which is clearly labeled at the time of payment and is an initial percentage of the total program fee.

2. Certification Programs & Program Fee Refund Policy

For Certification Programs, Fellowships, and similar long-duration programs:

• Refund of the program fee / EMI amount is only applicable within 7 days from the official program start date.
• After the completion of 7 days from the program start, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

This is due to:

• Deployment of mentors, faculty, and infrastructure
• Allocation of learning resources and tools
• Program planning, operations, and cohort commitments

Once these resources are deployed, the fee becomes non-refundable.

Program start date refers to the date on which any one of the following occurs, whichever is earlier:

• First live session
• Access to recorded content
• Access to LMS, tools, or learning materials

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided for the following, including but not limited to:

• Failure to attend live sessions
• Partial or non-completion of the course
• Change of mind after enrollment
• Dissatisfaction based on expectations not aligned with course scope
• Technical issues on the user's side (device, internet, software compatibility)
• Misinterpretation of curriculum, outcomes, or certification value
• Removal or suspension due to violation of Terms & Conditions

Any EMI installment already paid is non-refundable once the program has commenced. Future EMIs, if any, will be governed strictly by the 7-day refund window.

4. Administrative Authority

• All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• No refund shall be processed without explicit written approval from the administration.

The administration reserves the right to:

• Approve
• Reject
• Partially approve
• Extend timelines

based on internal policies and operational feasibility.

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without valid legal grounds is considered a breach of this policy.

Such actions may result in:

• Immediate suspension or permanent termination of access
• Revocation of certifications issued
• Legal action, where applicable

Resources include but are not limited to faculty allocation, mentor scheduling, curriculum access, LMS provisioning, software tools, internal operations, and cohort planning.

6. Policy Acceptance

By using the Site and completing any payment, you explicitly agree that:

• Refunds are limited and conditional, not automatic
• Administrative decisions are final and non-negotiable
• This policy is legally binding and enforceable under the laws of India
• Users agree to resolve all concerns directly with Aivolve Academy before initiating any payment dispute with banks, wallets, or payment gateways

Aivolve Academy does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, placements, salary hikes, or career transitions. Learning outcomes depend on individual effort, background, and participation.
